Text message receipts

When you buy from us in person, you can ask for your receipt by text instead of on paper. Here’s exactly how that works.

Program

  • Program name: Fine Line Laser Studio Text Receipts
  • Who sends the texts: Fine Line Laser Studio, a laser-engraving shop in Plattsmouth, Nebraska (custom laser-engraved patches, hats and gifts, sold at our shop and at events in Nebraska and Iowa).
  • Texts come from: our toll-free number (844) 401-1545.
  • What we send: one text receipt for the purchase you just made, with a link to view your receipt online. That’s it — these are transactional messages only. We never send marketing, promotions or offers through this program.

How you opt in

Text receipts are offered only in person, at checkout at our shop or event booth:

  1. When you pay, you can choose how to get your receipt: by email, by text, or not at all.
  2. If you ask for a text receipt, you tell our staff member your mobile number.
  3. The staff member enters that number on the receipt screen of our point-of-sale app, which shows this notice right under the number field, and taps Text:

“By entering a mobile number, the customer agrees to receive a text receipt for this purchase from Fine Line Laser Studio. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”

We text a receipt only when you ask for one and give us your number for that purchase. Giving us your number for a receipt is never required to buy anything, and it does not sign you up for anything else.

Message frequency

One text per purchase for which you request a text receipt. If a staff member resends a receipt at your request, you may get that receipt again. We don’t send recurring messages.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Fine Line Laser Studio does not charge for text receipts.

Opting out and help

  • Reply STOP to any text from (844) 401-1545 to opt out. You’ll get one confirmation and no further texts from that number. Reply START to opt back in.
  • Reply HELP for help, or email us at info@finelinelaserstudio.com.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy

We use your mobile number only to send the receipt you asked for. Mobile numbers and text-message opt-in data and consent are never shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
